You don't call to talk to a machine, so, at Wiles West a real person always answers the phone.   Even when there's no one in the office calls get forwarded to the field or living room or wherever, so that a real person will answer.   Should you encounter a very rare occasion when the signal can't get through to anyone, there won't be a message, just a beep.   Please, leave your name, number and a good time for reaching you, after the beep - someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
