This insurance covers up to 95% of the non-refundable portion of the Wiles West Spring Training Package price only.
(Click here for Wiles West payment & refund policy). It does not cover airfare or any other travel costs to or from Phoenix. It does not cover any arrangements you might make independently from the package parameters.

The cost is 10% of the total package price and must be purchased within two weeks of making your reservations or by Dec. 10, 2023, which ever comes first; after Dec. 7, 2023, insurance must be purchased within 72 hours of making reservations.

Cancellation can be made for any reason. Notice of cancellation must be made and in the possession of Wiles West Travel prior to your scheduled time of arrival in order for coverage to apply.

To receive 95% reimbursement of the non-refundable portion of the package price, notification of cancellation must be received no less then 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time.

Notification of cancellation received 72 - 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time will receive an 85% reimbursement of the package price.

Notification of cancellation received 48 - 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time will receive a 70% reimbursement of the package price.

Notification of cancellation received less than 24 hours before of your scheduled arrival time will receive a 50% reimbursement of the package price.

No notification prior to scheduled arrival time is considered a "no show". "No shows" are not covered.
